These programmes aim to promote insightful leadership by equipping current and future managers/leaders with the self awareness, skills, knowledge and mindset needed to enhance employee engagement and performance. Participants will develop their authentic leadership style, emotional intelligence, resilience and agility as a leader.
There are three levels of delivery:

1. Insight Leadership Residential
(Leaders of organisations or departments)
Duration: 3 evenings, 2 days residential (week or weekend)
This programme comes highly recommended to those who have reached the peak of their profession, and still want to evolve themselves and their organisation. This residential is uniquely designed for leaders of the same company who wish to increase their insight, intuition, creativity and innovation as managers or leaders and also their ability to pull together as a leadership team. This is achieved by increasing participant's self-awareness, emotional intelligence and ability to achieve desired results. We analyse each participant's DISC profile to maximise personal performance.
This inspirational programme has powerful personal and business applications.
As it is very specialised, there is no agenda - each programme will run differently dependent on the participants who attend.
2. Insight Leadership Modular Programme
(Leaders of teams and projects)
Duration: 9 days over a six month period.
This programme is designed for managers/leaders of the same company and will consist of 4 Modules that are rolled out over a six month period.
Module 1: The Leadership mindset (3 days)
Emotional intelligence, self awareness, self reflection, understanding thoughts, feelings and behaviour, understanding own blind-spots and impact on others, understanding the psychology of influence, barriers to effectiveness, dealing with insecurities, analysing DISC profiles.
Module 2: Managing conversations (2 days)
Managing difficult or sensitive conversations, giving and receiving feedback, praising, reprimanding, team communication, assertiveness, handling conflict and dealing with challenging behaviours.
Module 3: Leadership through coaching (2 days)
Developing leadership style and managing performance through coaching, coaching skills, the GROW process, mentoring, understanding limiting beliefs, setting objectives and SMART goals and reviewing.
Module 4: Getting results (2 days)
Self-management, time management, prioritising, delegation and the skill/will matrix, motivation, preventing procrastination, team building, having vision, keeping on track, creativity and innovation.
Supplementary aspects: Throughout the modules there will be diagnostics, self-reflection and action planning. Participants will create a self-development file, which will serve as their development plan. The action planning will also act as a measure of the effectiveness of the training (by demonstrating what is being done differently as a result).
3. Insight Leader Programme
(New or soon to be managers/leaders)
Duration: 2 days
This two day programme is designed to provide new or soon to be managers/team leaders (from the same company) with the basics of management and leadership.
It covers the role of the manager, workload management, delegation, feedback skills, managing performance, setting objectives, conducting appraisals and the necessary people skills.
