Sometimes it is necessary for someone external to facilitate teams and individuals through challenging times. I would be happy to talk through your team's needs.

An external facilitator is better when...
  • Topics are sensitive or challenging

COACHING


One to One Coaching


Do you talk to yourself? ..... most of us would say "yes". We sometimes find it difficult to think straight because of our mind chatter. There are times when we even lose sleep because of it. If you look at yourself closely, and listen to your inner conversations, you will notice that you create lots of questions, and then you create lots of answers.

What are your big questions that you are having difficulty   answering? 
We can look at these questions together through one to one coaching.

I offer three types of one to one coaching:


  • Business Coaching
    specifically work-focused
    Duration: Typically 1 to 6 sessions.
  • Confidence Coaching
    specifically confidence-focused
    Duration: Typically 1 to 6 sessions.
  • Life Coaching
    covers any issue you may have
    Duration: Typically 1 to 6 sessions.

Objectives:
The coaching process would include the following:
  • Setting SMART goals and developing personal action plans.
  • Overcoming limiting beliefs and personal difficulties in achieving desired results.
  • Developing self awareness and the impact you have and can have on others.
  • Reviewing progress and dealing with any challenges.


Group Coaching
Duration: 2 days


The group coaching event aims to unlock knowledge, skills and vitality so that teams can work in a more supportive, productive and creative way. This activity-based workshop provides a challenging and rewarding experience, which will enable delegates to deepen their understanding of themselves and each other. A group or team is put through a coaching
process together. This inspirational event has powerful personal and business applications.

Objectives:
As a result of completing this workshop, participants will be able to:
  • Analyse and develop personal and/or team performance
  • Develop self awareness and insight
  • Overcome limiting beliefs and personal difficulties in achieving desired results
  • Perceive situations from many points of view and choose the best approach
  • Learn from others and have fun together in a creative, constructive and supportive manner
  • Develop a personal action plan

NB: Each event will run slightly differently dependent on the team’s needs.

Group coaching can act as a team building event and is designed to suit any organisation’s needs, by shaping it cooperatively before and during the event. We focus on the psychology behind what makes people tick;  whilst covering the key areas necessary e.g. utilising strengths, overcoming weaknesses, harnessing creativity and innovation, problem solving, effective communication, supporting each other and achieving desired results.
