Assertiveness
Duration: 1 day

Participants will gain the tools and techniques necessary to increase assertiveness, boost confidence and build self-esteem.

Behavioural Change Management
Duration: 1 day

Traditional behavioural change theories and models are attempts to explain the reasons behind alterations in individuals’ behavioural patterns. In recent years, there has been an increase in knowledge and understanding of how to help people shift from old habits into new ways of behaving. This one day workshop explores some of these major  revelations and  covers relative techniques needed  to acheive sustainable behaviour change.

Coaching Skills
Duration: 4 days

The use of coaching within business has substantially grown over the past 15 years and is now a fundamental leadership tool. Success through coaching is an on-going partnership with someone that guides and motivates people to create desired results.

This four day modular programme is rolled out over three months and is designed to equip participants with the neccessary knowledge and skills to coach more inexperienced workers on core elements of their role. 

The four modules will focus on managing performance through coaching. Providing participants with the tools, support and structure to help them and others set SMART goals, eliminate obstacles and accomplish more, more easily.  

Practice sessions will provide participants with plenty of skill practice. In addition, this programme will run over four months, providing a month gap between sessions allowing time for participants to work on case studies in the work place.

Objectives:
As a result of completing this workshop, participants will be able to:
  • Understand and effectively use the GROW and CLEAR model
  • Understand the difference between coaching and mentoring

Conflict Resolution and Mediation
Duration: 2 days

This interactive two day programme covers the necessary communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills needed when dealing with challenging behaviours.

The workshop is designed to allow quality time for practise sessions with individualised feedback. Participants are coached through any personal difficulties, resulting in increased emotional intelligence and personal effectiveness when dealing with any type of conflict.

Creativity and Innovation
Duration: 1 day

Business is a constantly changing environment. What used to work often no longer does. Without change and growth businesses come under ever increasing threats from competition that gets ever smarter. The problem is how to motivate the key players in your organisation to be more creative and innovative, to find new ways of doing business and to find better ways of solving problems.

This workshop is designed to show people how to be more creative and innovative in the way they approach situations; whether they are serious problems, new product creation, new services or simple day to day activities. The workshop is very interactive and thought provoking, involving team exercises to reinforce the techniques taught.

Effective Communication
Duration: 1 day

Effective communication techniques are vital for anyone who needs to manage or influence other people to achieve desired results. During this workshop the participant will gain a greater understanding of communication, message management and will also learn how to enhance their natural communication skills.

This one workshop is designed to allow time for practise sessions with individual feedback. The participant is coached through any personal difficulties, resulting in increased personal effectiveness around communication.

As a result of completing this workshop, participants will be able to:

Emotional Intelligence
Duration: 1 day

Emotional Intelligence (EI) is to have an awareness of yourself and others, to control and manage your emotions, and help others to do the same.

EI has a dramatic impact in all our professional and personal lives. This course is designed to help you understand what it is, how to utilise it, and how to help others to benefit from it. Many of the topics covered during the workshop can easily be applied to any situation.

Motivational Interviewing
Duration: 2 days

Motivational Interviewing (MI) is an approach based on the principle that all human behaviour is motivated. It acknowledges that many people experience ambivalence when deciding to make changes – they both want and don’t want to change. It also acknowledges that people can perceive both the advantages and disadvantages of changing, or continuing, with their current behaviour.
 
The aim within MI is not to immediately focus on the action of changing, but working to enhance motivation to change. This can help to empower those clients who find it difficult to engage.
 
MI is a style of communicating which complements other methods of support. It offers useful perspectives and strategies to assist clients in completing the tasks necessary to move through the various stages of change.
 
This two day workshop is designed to provide quality time for skill practice, feedback and corrective practice.

Personal Effectiveness

Duration: 2 days

Personal effectiveness is a result of not just one thing, but of a combination of factors which all impact upon each other. This two workshop is designed to help participants develop their skills in workload and time management – a way of managing time at work in order to achieve more effective results in less time.

Participants are coached through any personal difficulties, resulting in increased emotional intelligence and personal effectiveness.

  • Identify their own particular time wasters and adopt strategies for eliminating them from their work pattern
  • Recognise the variety of causes of procrastination and apply relevant techniques to overcome these

Duration: 2 days

This two day workshop will coaches participants to enhance their delivery, impact and effectiveness when presenting to others. The course is designed to build participants' self-awareness and presentation skills in such situations. 

Participants will practise effective presentation skills, with individualised feedback, allowing individuals to project themselves with confidence, not only during presentations but also in their daily working environment.

Stress is the ‘wear and tear’ our bodies experience as we adjust to our continually changing environment; it has physical and emotional effects on us and can create positive or negative feelings.

By understanding ourselves and our reactions to stress-provoking situations, we can learn to handle stress more effectively. This one day workshop is designed to cover basic stress management techniques and explore the reason why we don’t always apply them.

Team Away Day/Team Building Event

Duration: 1 or 2 days

This activity based day/event provides a challenging and rewarding experience, which will enable participants to deepen their understanding of themselves and each other. It encourages different styles, clear communication, team confidence, supportive and constructive feedback.

This day/event is designed to suit any organisation’s needs, by shaping it cooperatively before and during the event. We focus on the psychology behind what makes people tick; whilst covering the key areas necessary to become an effective team, e.g. utilising strengths, overcoming weaknesses, harnessing creativity and innovation, problem solving, effective communication, supporting each other and achieving desired results.

The event aims to unlock knowledge, skills and vitality so that teams can work in a more supportive, productive and creative way. This inspirational event has powerful personal and business applications.

Objectives:
As a result of completing this day/event, participants will be able to:
  • Analyse and develop personal and team performance
  • Develop self awareness and their impact on others

Train the Trainer
Duration: 2 days

Train the trainer is a 2 day workshop designed to coach participants, enhancing their skills and effectiveness. The course is designed to build participants self-awareness and confidence when delivering training. 

Participants will practise the preparation and delivery of a training session, and will receive individualised feedback with action plans, encouraging continuous development, not only during training but also in their daily working environment.

Objectives:
As a result of completing this workshop, participants will be able to:
  • Develop and practice the skills of planning, structuring
    and carrying out a training session
  • Learn how to prepare and use visual aids to support a session
